Leicester legend Marc Albrighton joins to recap the Premier League’s weekend games

We have a BRAND-NEW set for the show todaym along with Premier League winner and Leicester legend Marc Albrighton!

This week there were loads of talking points from the Premier League fixtures, including Bournemouth cruising past Manchester City as they ended City’s 32-game unbeaten league record. Fighting for that no. 1 spot is Arsenal, who lost 1-0 to Newcastle, with Alexander Isak scoring a header that sent them to 10th in the table. Liverpool also got a comeback win over Brighton, scoring two goals in two minutes. However, we discuss what might happen to the Reds if they lose three key players.

On the other hand, at the bottom of the table we saw some big six pointers, with Southampton hosting Everton and clinching a 1-0 win. Rambo got some incredible saves too! Ipswich will feel robbed by not getting a penalty, and Kalvin Phillips saw red as they conceded a last-minute equaliser to Leicester. Wolves and Crystal Palace were the last game on Saturday, ending in a frantic 2-2 draw. Questions are now posed about Gary O’Neil and his job. To round off Saturday’s matches, Nottingham Forest beat West Ham 3-0 as they ended the weekend in third place, with Chris Wood scoring AGAIN!

Looking at the Sunday fixtures, Dominic Solanke scored two goals to seal a big 4-1 win over Aston Villa, with James Maddison also scoring a class free kick for his 50th Premier League goal. Finally, what was set to be a blockbuster between Manchester United and Chelsea ended 1-1, with Manchester United fans looking forward to their new manager, Ruben Amorim, and hoping he can bring back the glory days.

Finally, we end with The Football Fill-In Quiz. Can Marc get the guests’ tally off the mark for the season, or will Ben or Tom triumph again?
