On December 5, 2017, Kevin Clark filmed Slow NFL News Day with guest David Shoemaker. Unfortunately, large chunks of the taping were lost due to corrupted audio, leaving only a few minutes of tape intact. It was unusable. In the ensuing days, the “Lost Slow NFL News Day” took on an almost mythical status. It is now regarded by many as a classic in the genre.
