The woman alleges that Moon drugged her and pulled off her bathing suit

Former Houston Oilers quarterback Warren Moon has been accused of multiple instances of sexual harassment by a former assistant, including an instance in which she alleges he drugged her and pulled off her bathing suit and another in which she alleges he grabbed her crotch, according to a lawsuit filed in Orange County, California, on Monday.

Wendy Haskell, 32, was hired by Moon’s Sports 1 Marketing as his executive assistant in July. The lawsuit alleges that Moon dictated that she share a bed with him on business trips and wear “skimpy thong lingerie bottoms” at night. She says that Moon told her that her job depended on it and that his previous assistant had complied. She was demoted in October after complaining about Moon’s sexual misconduct, according to the lawsuit.

Moon has been accused of sexual misconduct before. In 1995, a Vikings cheerleader sued him for sexual harassment. In that same year, his then-wife accused him of domestic violence. Texas police charged Moon with assault in that incident, but a jury later acquitted him.

Moon is a Hall of Famer who also played for the Vikings, Chiefs, and Seahawks. He currently works for the Seahawks as a broadcaster.
