Harvey Weinstein’s brother and cofounder of the Weinstein Company, Bob Weinstein, has now also been accused of sexual harassment. Amanda Segel, an executive producer on Spike’s The Mist, told Variety on Tuesday that Bob Weinstein repeatedly made unwanted sexual overtures to her during the summer of 2016.

According to Segel, it began when she and Weinstein had dinner together in June 2016. During the meal, Segel says Weinstein asked “highly intimate questions” and afterward asked her to come up to his hotel room, an invitation she declined. He then repeatedly sent her emails unrelated to The Mist, while continuing to ask her to dinner. Segel told Weinstein she would leave the show if the harassment continued, and she and her lawyer eventually made arrangements with Weinstein Company executives so that she would never have to be in the same room or on the same telephone calls as Weinstein.

“‘No’ should be enough,” Segel said. “After ‘no,’ anybody who has asked you out should just move on. Bob kept referring to me that he wanted to have a friendship. He didn’t want a friendship. He wanted more than that. My hope is that ‘no’ is enough from now on.”

Segel’s allegations against Weinstein come in the wake of 45 women accusing his brother Harvey of sexual harassment and assault, in lengthy investigative pieces from The New York Times and The New Yorker and later on social media and in interviews with other outlets. Harvey has been ousted from the Weinstein Company and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and on Tuesday, he reportedly resigned from the company’s board of directors.

Bob Weinstein publicly condemned Harvey for the allegations against him in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter on Saturday, calling his brother’s actions “sick and depraved” while pleading ignorance of his behavior. Contacted by Variety on Tuesday, a representative for Bob Weinstein denied that he engaged in inappropriate behavior with Segel: “Bob Weinstein had dinner with Ms. Segel in L.A. in June 2016. He denies any claims that he behaved inappropriately at or after the dinner. It is most unfortunate that any such claim has been made.”
