COLD OPEN QUESTION OF THE WEEK: In honor of the Butcher, if you had to have your wrestling name be “the” and a job, what would you pick?
David and Kaz kick off the show by discussing the unfortunate passings of Andy “The Butcher” Williams (3:36) and “Superstar” Bill Dundee (7:37). After that, the guys set their sights on this past weekend’s Sunday Night’s Main Event (10:05), starting off with Lil Yachty surviving five minutes with Baron Corbin, leading to Trick Williams regaining the WWE United States Championship (11:49).
The show continues with David and Kaz giving their thoughts on Liv Morgan retaining the Women’s World Championship over Stephanie Vaquer by DQ (20:46), before giving their takes on Oba Femi being laid out in his old stomping grounds in Alabama (27:30). Next, the guys discuss Bayley’s return to WWE TV on Raw (33:13), followed by their analysis of the Joe Hendry–JD McDonagh Funko Pop segment (38:52).
David then asks Kaz how close Joe Hendry is to early main-roster LA Knight (45:54) before Kaz gives his takes on 946 blowing up the Bloodline’s SUV to end Raw (53:20). The show wraps up with the guys quickly discussing the WWE Evolve cuts from last week (1:01:40), predictions for the Money in the Bank qualifiers (1:03:34), and some quick thoughts on a story Kyle Fletcher told about one of his tattoos (1:06:49).
