Field of Disappointment for the Yankees, the Mets Show Life, and the Top Five New York Athletes Right Now

JJ reacts to the wild ending in the “Field of Dreams” game before wrapping up his “Top Athletes in New York” list with nos. 5 through 1

JJ opens with the “Field of Dreams” game that turned into a nightmare for the Yankees (00:38) before talking about the Mets showing some life (7:23). Then he reacts to some listener voicemails (12:19) before wrapping up his “Top Athletes in New York” list with nos. 5 through 1 (30:56). Next, he talks to classic rock DJ and big Mets fan Ken Dashow about music and his fandom before bringing on Eric Devendorf, Adam Weitsman, and Kevin Belbey from the Boeheim’s Army crew after they were crowned TBT champions (69:42). Finally, he closes it out with a preview of the Jets-Giants preseason game this weekend (91:26).
