There’s a bottleneck at the top of the NFC: Philadelphia’s loss to the Seahawks on Sunday Night Football coupled with Minnesota’s win over the previously surging Falcons has the Eagles and Vikings leaving Week 13 tied at 10-2. Meanwhile, on the AFC side, the former favorites hit a new low after the Chiefs squandered a late lead to a Jets team that was expected to tank the season. Kansas City is now tied with the Chargers for the AFC West lead, likely meaning the teams’ Week 15 showdown will have playoff implications few could have imagined in October. And while the Patriots continued their hot streak, they were forced to weather some, uh, fan interference for the second consecutive season to earn a victory in Buffalo.
