Sunday kicked off with the NFL’s best teams asserting their superiority. In New Orleans, the Saints held off Chicago and are now on a five-game winning streak for the first time since 2013. Elsewhere, the Patriots beat the Chargers despite a pair of Stephen Gostkowski misses, the Vikings beat the Browns in London, and the NFC-leading Eagles dominated the winless 49ers. But the real story was Texans-Seahawks in Seattle. Before the matchup, the majority of Texans players knelt during the national anthem in response to owner Bob McNair’s “inmates” comment. And once the action on the field started, both sides dazzled as the teams played what’s easily been the game of the year so far.
