Tom Brady got his 187th regular-season victory on Sunday, surpassing Peyton Manning and Brett Favre for most all time. This one, however, may come with an asterisk after a controversial officials’ decision to reverse a fourth-quarter Jets touchdown. Elsewhere around the league, Deshaun Watson showed the Browns what they missed out on by passing on him in the NFL draft, while a rejuvenated Adrian Peterson fueled a big day for his new team’s offense. But Sunday was headlined by two big quaterback-related stories, one on the field and one off of it: The Packers lost the league’s best player when Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone on a big hit from the Vikings’ Anthony Barr, and free agent Colin Kaepernick has filed a grievance against the NFL’s owners alleging they colluded to keep him out of the league.
