Thoughts on the commitment
Kiehl is the type of player and person that can take a
program from very good to elite. He's arguably the best
quarterback in this cycle and should be ready to play
early if needed at Auburn since there isn't much
difference from the Shiloh system to the Malzahn system.
Other elite talents will follow his leadership and focus
and I fully expect him to recruit other players to
Auburn with major success and help the Tigers to an easy
top 10 finish for the 2011 cycle.
Scouting Report
Very humble and respectful young man. Should be a pillar
of a program and a leader on/off the field. Very
athletic, can beat you with his arm or legs, wants to be
a pocket passer but not afraid to take off and run, has
some shake to him even on designed runs, very accurate
when allowed to plant his feet, very good arm strength,
great touch, excellent deep ball, squares himself nicely
to the target, fits the ball in tight throwing windows,
hasn't been pressured much, but has great poise when
pressured, can buy time with his feet when pressured,
sells the play action very well, great timing on his
throws, great leader, winner, plays the biggest in the
biggest moments, has "it". Every tool scouts look for in
a prep prospect Kiehl has and they're all above average.
For Kiehl Frazier, the awards, and scholarship offers, keep on coming. The 6’3”
210 pound star signal-caller from Arkansas’ Shiloh Christian was just recently
named the 2009 4A Arkansas Player of the Year. The next morning, TCU offered him
a scholarship. It was the 14th offer for Frazier already.
November 23rd, 2004 was
an exciting day in Columbia, South Carolina. A
day filled with hope and anticipation of what
was to come. The Gamecocks had just inked a SEC
coaching legend to coach their football team.
The "Fun 'n' Gun" was coming to save the day or
at least make it better. Surely a coach that led
Duke University to an ACC title could fix the
little problems at South Carolina.
With the 2010 recruiting cycle inching towards
the finish line, here at ThaRinger we feel it’s
a better time to more clearly evaluate the
off-season’s coaching changes with the recently
gained recruiting hindsight. There were 22 head
coaching changes and not all of those changes
were created equally.
