#1.
Matthew Stafford/QB/Georgia
Scouting

Strongest

on footwork and mechanics.

field. Great pass protector.
Combine Stats: 40/5.22|Bench/33 reps
#7. Darius Heyward-Bey/WR/Maryland
Scouting
Report:
Oakland
brass is known for reaches when
elite speed is involved. Amazing
athlete with tremendous speed.
Can improve toughness and route
running. The highest ceiling of
any WR in the '09 draft. Better
blocker than he gets credit for.
Combine Stats: 40/4.30|Vertical 38.5"|Bench/16 reps
#8. Matt Sanchez/QB/USC
Scouting
Report:
Don't
know if the Jags will be the one
to select him but if he falls
past #4, someone will trade up
to get him. Really sharp
for such a young QB. Stays calm, reads defenses pretty well, accurate under
pressure. Pretty good arm strength. Sometimes is too careful. Fringe
franchise QB type prospect. Streaky.

#16. Everette Brown/DE/Florida State
Scouting
Report:
Big enough to play DE in a 4-3 scheme, fast enough to
play OLB in a 3-4 scheme. Shorter than most scouts thought and that could
make him slide a bit. Has great strength and a quick burst off the ball.
Already has 3 go to moves. Should be a double digit sack guy in the NFL.Combine Stats: 40/4.73|Bench/29 reps
#17. Knowshon Moreno/RB/Georgia
Scouting
Report: Lacks the top
end speed of an elite NFL RB prospect. Can run through tight holes. Has

play too tall at times.Combine Stats: 40/4.75|Bench/26reps
#22. Brandon Pettigrew/TE/Oklahoma State
Scouting
Report: Can be lazy at
times. Has the body to be a great red zone threat. Off field question marks.
Great overall blocker at the TE position.
Combine Stats: Bench/22reps|40/4.85
#23. Hakeem Nicks/WR/UNC
Scouting
Report: Has good
quickness and football speed. Nice fluidity in and out of his breaks. Has a
passion to go get the ball. Maybe the only WR in the '09 draft with no
questions. Uses his arms well and has good strength.Combine Stats: 40/4.63IVertical/36"
#24. Alphonso Smith/CB/Wake Forest
Scouting
Report: Undersized
DB that has the best ball skills of the '09 group. Excellent hips and change

#26. Aaron Maybin/DE,OLB/Penn State
Combine Stats: 40/4.89|20-yard shuttle/4.38
#27. Percy Harvin/WR/Florida
Scouting
Report: A diminutive WR
that has sneaky strength.
The most elusive WR in the '09
group. Good hands and not afraid to mix it up over the middle. Durability is
a concern with blocking. Think a stronger and more skilled version of Ted
Ginn.Combine Stats: 40/4.41|Bench/19reps
#28. William Beatty/OT/Uconn
Scouting
Report: The Bills need
to replace Jason Peters at LT and could go a number of players here. Beatty
has nice athleticism, is quick in pulling, and has great balance. Doesn't
always finish his blocks off.Combine Stats: Bench/27reps
#29. Larry English/DE,OLB/Northern Illinois
Scouting
Report: Really a 3-4
OLB w/ the frame to grow into a 4-3 DE. Great hands, has a nice punch move

#30. Ron Brace/DT/Boston College
Scouting
Report: Big run
stuffing DT. The best run stopping DT available. Good lateral quickness for
such a large man. Holds up well against the double team. Can be an anchor in
the middle. Not a great pass rusher.Combine Stats: Bench/32reps
#31. Darius Butler/CB/Uconn

a playmaker. Good hands. Good tackler. Could rise higher in the draft.Combine Stats: 40/4.46
#32. Connor Barwin/DE,OLB/Cincinnati
Scouting
Report: Ultra athletic
and versatile athlete. Can play a number of positions with ease. May project
into an OLB in the NFL. Uses great leverage for a man his size. Good motor
and is an unquestioned team player.Combine Stats: 40/4.66|Bench/30 reps|Broad Jump/10.08"
